Here's a smart approach to using digital AI tools to streamline the process of finding new customers, identifying new opportunities and growing your customer base.
  1. Optimize insights with Google analytics and Facebook pixel: ensure these are installed properly and giving you regular insights into your customer demographics and behaviors
  2. Use this data to develop key customer personas based on demographics and the needs your product fulfills for customers
  3. Review Google analytics to understand how people are using your site: where are the blockages, when are they leaving the site and why, what's causing them to bounce without buying?
  4. Update website to improve visual design, usability, content clarity and sales funnel
  5. Google Trends analysis to determine keyword opportunities for your business: what are they searching for? When are they missing out on finding you?

  11. Create a list of key themes that emerged from customer interviews about why they need your product.
  12. Create a monthly cycle of developing video ads for each theme and running highly targeted social media campaigns targeting your key customer personas.
  13. Derive monthly insights from your improved data analytics to learn more about your customers and improve your targeting (which brings the cost of your digital ads down)
  14. Write a new monthly growth strategy in response to improved data, which tweaks and iterates upon your existing strategy, refining it by running experiments and learning more about what works.
